Special service for Taxi fleets
SeamTrack has developped an automatic system for taxi fleets' management. The assignment of the taxis to the clients that require their use.
How does it work?
There are two ways to ask for a taxi, by a telephone operator or by a web site.
- From the web site: We assign a Username and a Password to the frequent clients (Companies, Hotels, etc), with them they will be able to to ask for a taxi at any time from any PC or mobile phone with internet. The system will automatically assign that trip to the nearest Free Taxi, informing the taxi driver on the screen of his Garmin Navigator.
- With a call to a telephone operator: The telephone operator receives the call with the request of the service, types into our system the client's address. The system will automatically assign that trip to the nearest Free Taxi, informing the taxi driver on the screen of his Garmin Navigator.
